Jonedi
Mohamed was appointed
the Managing Director of iTechSolv Sdn Bhd. He graduated with a Bachelor
of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brighton Polytechnic, United Kingdom in 1977. He began his career as Assistant Controller at Jabatan Telekom Malaysia, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah upon graduating in 1977. He later moved to Jabatan Telekom Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur and promoted to Controller Telekom, Mechanical & Electrical Division. In
1987, he was appointed as Senior Manager in management and operations of
various departments including electrical, mechanical and civil
engineering portfolios in the then Syarikat Telekom Malaysia Berhad. He
was promoted to General Manager at Fleet Management Division, Telekom
Malaysia Bhd in 1995. His responsibility includes setting up from scratch
of the Fleet Management Division as a strategic business unit ( SBU )
involving primarily in the autoleasing business. Nationwide
responsibility for business development, marketing and sales, strategic
planning, creating sales opportunities and upgrading business operations.
During his tenure as General Manager of Fleet Management Division, he successfully
secured new external business portfolios contributing to 10% of total
revenue amounting RM 150 million in the first year. He acquires sound
management skills of managing 350 staffs personnel at headquarter and
branches nationwide. He later moved to Government Sales Division, Telekom Malaysia
Berhad, as General Manager in 1999. His reponsibility includes Nationwide responsibility for
business development, competitive marketing and sales evaluation,
strategic planning, create sales opportunities, account management and
customer relationships for all communications ( fixed, high speed /
broadband networks, voice, internet and mobile services ) for the Malaysian
Government sector. Consistently generated margins of more than 20%.
During his tenure as General Manger of Government Sales Division, his
career portfolio turned his division to achieve :

Increased 8 fold revenues from RM70 million in 1999 to RM 600 million in 2007.

Successfully secured projects of contracts in excess of RM50 million per project.

Innovative use of different technologies and its integrations to create total
solutions proposals for Government initiatives in reducing the digital
divide and improving the penetration of ICT to the local communities in
rural areas.

Is instrumental in providing large scale fully managed WANs for various
Government organizations using technologies from Vsats, Frame Relays to
IPVPNs and has successfully implemented them within the last 5 years.

Knowledgeable on Government development plans, requirements and processes on
communications and ICT initiatives.

Possess good customer relationship with all levels of Government Ministries and
Departments nationwide.

Supervised staff strength of 70 personnel on the account management teams and
support services.
In 2007, he was appointed as
Chief Executive Officer of OBNET Sdn Bhd. OBNET acquired 20 years
concession from State of Selangor to built, operate and manage the
Selangor Broadband Network to cover all State offices, Agencies,
SLC’s and Exco residents including IT Community Centres. Also
responsible for the development of customised solutions and contents for
specific requirements of the Selangor State departments and agencies to
be run over SELNET using other new technologies over the metro-E
environment.
Director – Eric Teo
Eric Teo was appointed the Director of
iTechSolv Sdn Bhd on 2004. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)
in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nottingham Trent
University, United Kingdom in 1996. He began his career as Commissioning
Engineer at Alcatel Network System (M) Sdn Bhd upon graduating in 1996.
His responsibility during his tenure include testing, commissioning &
troubleshooting of Alcatel communication networks. He also leads
technical team for nationwide special task projects including hardware
and software upgrade which brought substantial extra revenue for the
company. He later was appointed as Maintenance Contract Manager of
Alcatel Network System (M) Sdn Bhd, leading role as Project Director for
Clientele Maintenance Contract nationwide. He managed to formulate, plan, and build
Maintenance Contract documented process into fully operated business
generating RM 72 million revenue to the company. In 1999, he was promoted
to Asia Pacific Regional Technical Assistance Centre Manager. His main
responsibility includes managing technical assistance centre for Asia
Pacific countries such as Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh. He later was posted to Velizy, France in various departments for assisting Alcatel new technology roadmap development. He was
attached to First-Off Qualification department Alcatel France in
implementing the acceptance test for projects with Alcatel France telecommunication operators SFR and France Telecom. He also conduct technical
training for Malaysia clientele and Alcatel regional Technical Assistance
personnel. He later joined TelSource Sdn Bhd as Head of Technology
Division. His roles consist of identifying and evaluating new &
emerging technologies in ICT industries and establishing partnership with
manufacturer for regional & country distributorships. He managed to
enter into various strategic partnerships with multinational technology
partners for country distributorships. He assisted company to secure
MAMPU Free Space Optics (FSO) PCN network in Putrajaya under flagship of
TMLASER 155M.
